Happy Friday everyone, and congratulations to all the Winners in the 2008 N-Gage Player Awards. Look for a complete recap in the Forums; meanwhile, here are the latest N-Gage game reviews to tide you over the weekend.

Nok-Nok review of Crash Bandicoot
Giving the game four out of five stars, the reviewer notes: “this Crash lands just as developers are getting the hang of the N-gage platform, and its graphics look amazing.”

Pocket Gamer review of Cafe Sudoku
Jon Mundy of Pocket Gamer takes the popular number puzzle game out for a spin and finds it satisfactory: “Café Sudoku presents a high quality, supremely polished take on the popular game. It’s worthy of consideration both for experienced number crunchers and those seeking an entry point.”

N-Gager review of Crash Bandicoot
John of N-Gager compares the new N-Gage cart racing game to Diddy Kong Racing, instead of Mario Kart, in contrast to most other reviewers. He also notes: “Nice and crisp cartoony graphics keep the Crash-theme alive. You can’t expect a lot more from this style of game,” and scores it 7 out of 10.

Pocket Gamer review of Boom Blox
PG’s Mundy is back with another review, this time a look at Boom Blox, the recent puzzle game effort from EA Mobile. He finds some things to like, but also is a little disappointed in the lack of Arena features.

Boom Blox First Impressions

Ani over on the S60 blog has taken a look at Boom Blox, the latest N-Gage game, and gives his first impressions.

“The concept is amazing and the application of physics with different levels is also super. This is the best part of the game as it keeps you glued to it. The game is good for play both in landscape and portrait mode. The controls are really simple and need no prior acquaintance as in the controls for Star Wars.”
