NGS: Nokia Games Summit Kicks Off With New Games
The city of Rome hosts the Nokia Games Summit, which kicked off today with exciting news and game announcements and confirming Nokia’s commitment to the N-Gage gaming platform.
Speaking to the state of N-Gage today is Tero Ojanperä, executive vice president and head of the Nokia entertainment and communities business. He gave some interesting details, as well about which countries are the most active.
“With the N-Gage service now live for six months, we have a truly global service on offer with sales transactions in over 130 countries and tens of millions of N-Gage compatible devices available,” said . “The most active players reside in the United Kingdom, Italy, Germany, Australia and Spain, but we’ve seen active players worldwide with repeat purchase rates over 35% globally. Game trials have also proved to be important, with download to purchase conversions up to 30%.”
The summit runs through tomorrow, October 30, and we are expecting lots of news and announcements.
I’ll be posting summaries of the announcements and links to press write-ups right here on the blog, so you can follow along at home. Here’s what’s been announced so far:

Koopa, those two games were announced previously, that list only includes games that were announced at the Nokia Games Summit in Rome this week. I also included Real Football 09 which was announced a week earlier at an event in Dubai.

Wow good News, but some of the Games !!!need!!! a 3D Chip support because the Appel Iphone and Appelstore have strong Gamegrafic. Use the 3D Chip in Need fors Speed, Boom Blocks and Tombraider. Why? That are Games how be can Play in single Player if they have a nice Grafic. Other Games NEED!!! a real time Arena Support (better tahn Bluetooth support) Fifa 09 must have a arena support and Monopoly can be a KING GAME whit Arena Support! Spore, Asphalt 4, Sims 3 are BIG FISH, dont make it wrong. Think about wathe is more important for the gamer. Never keep back whit new ideas, use the kamera, the micro, the umtskamera the virbaration, the gps, the wlan use it to be advance gaming.

I completely agree with firstdayyouwanttobelive!! FIFA, Asphalt, NFS, Tiger woods, Real Football just must have multi player mode with arena support and bluetooth suport!!! We wont to play Fifa in real-time multi player! The same with Tiger woods and NFS and other new games! Please make this mode in new games!
Best wishes!
