Reset Generation on FilePlanet
For those of you with premium accounts on FilePlanet, the file downloading service of IGN/Gamespy, you have a unique opportunity for the next seven days to be the first to play Reset Generation.
This is not the full game, but just the single player mode for the PC platform only. This version will be made available to non-subscribers on FilePlanet next Friday, and the full game, featuring cross-platform multiplayer gameplay, will be available for both N-Gage and PC “real soon now.”
In the mean time, we have a new Gamespy preview to enjoy, while Gamasutra has posted up a must-read interview with Executive Producer Scott Foe, with some fascinating insights into the behind the scenes development process, and how games get made at Nokia and in this industry.
And for those of you who can get a hold of Game Informer magazine, check out the August issue for even more Reset Generation love.
So when is the full game coming out? Earlier this week, Pocket Gamer had a report that Reset Generation will be released on August 4th. I checked with Scott Foe to see how accurate this was. His response: “I need more coffee.” So I guess we’ll just have to wait and see.

hi ikona, i saw reset generation on fileplanet but i dont have a account on this site so i cant play it. But the release will be soon for ngage and thats the important thing! But hey, have you got some news about another game will be released before reset gen?

Hey ikona do u know when worms world party and dogz will be out. It’s been more than a week since last ngage game came out. Also is there anyone out there who has played reset generation because it has came out on file planet. There must be some ngagers who are subscribers to file planet. If anyone has played it, is it any good.

Just played reset generation. What an awesome awesome game. Very fun to play. Guys you should check it out. The link for it is in the ngage forums in the reset generation section. Once you are in the reset generation thread scroll down near the end and you’ll find the link to the single player game.

The single player mode is brilliant but you will get through the story mode missions fairly quickly.
However, the full game will include multiplayer, which is where the main gameplay is, and there are bound to be lots of players because it will be free to anyone with a PC and playable through the browser.
The story mode is meant more as a training course to get you acquainted with all the objects and tactics.

RG is going to be a great game
i’m not quite sure how to describe it as it as a little of everything.
launch day will be good ,i can’t wait to get ngage version.
Any new’s what day we’ll see bounce released as you said they was finalizing it?

I think that we will get Bounce soon, maybee befor the 31. July.
I cant wait to play reset on my N81, have played the ‘Promo’ on Filesplaynet and all seems to be great. Thats one of the games, i will really love (others are Yoshi’s Island and Banji Kazzoie). So i really want to play it.
The bad thing for me is, that i went in Holiday on 3. August and i hope, i can at least buy bounce and maybee i find a HOTSPOT in a MCDonalds or something like this and i can download also Reset
