Space Impact Kappa Base Returns
I have just received word from the Boys in Vancouver that Space Impact Kappa Base has been released!
While it is not yet for download available on the N-Gage.com website (that should happen Monday morning, approximately 9 AM PST), it should now be available on the application itself.
Just navigate to the Showroom module and view Available Games, and if you don’t see it right away, be sure to select the option ‘Update Now’ (like krisse explains in the Comments section).
Update: The game is now available in the Web showroom, if you don’t want to download the trial over the air.

Not so much a comment as a bit of technical feedback: I couldn’t get the Space Impact icon to appear in the showroom until I manually cleared my phone’s web browser cache (I’m using an N81).
Restarting the phone doesn’t clear the cache, you have to actually open the S60 browser separately and choose the “Clear Cache” option from the “Clear Privacy Data” section.
It’s very surprising the N-Gage app doesn’t do this automatically, because it stops people seeing the latest games lists. Some people’s lists might be very out of date.

Ooohkay… apparently there IS an “update now” option in the main showroom page, but it’s not there in the available games section.
You might want to add it to both sections to avoid confusion, or make it automatic.

yeah i see space impact was in the showroom friday. Has much been changed, i still been playing the first release of the game.

The game’s not bad. But considering it’s been in development for over 2 years, I expected better.

I am not sure it’s all that different from the First Access version, my guess would be when F.A. ended they took some extra time to polish it some more before releasing it.

So is or isn’t the clan system there in the World Battle (Arena) mode?
I cant check the game for my N81 still being in repairs.

BTW, was the “UFO” in singapore the only promotion for this? It’d be fun if some other SIKB “stunt” was pulled of somewhere else.
